While user management is part of any system, implementing such functionality is vital and needs to align with platform capabilities and would also integrate with Roles, Permissions and also Groups capabilities.
User Management
- Display list of users
- Display relevant data
- Quick ability to activate or deactivate users
When creating a new user, allow to set its roles in an easy and convenient way
Display relevant fields when editing/viewing existing user
Roles
Needs to have ability to create roles and assign permissions to those roles
Groups
Groups allow to “group” users and use these groups to assign to RACI to any GRC object (control, risk, etc)
